My Story

I didn’t create Sound Healing with Cynn & Mindpages because I had everything figured out.

I created it because I didn’t.

Like many people, I spent years focusing on doing, achieving, and being “productive.” On the outside, life moved forward , but inside, there were moments of disconnection, exhaustion, and quiet questioning.

Journaling became a way for me to slow down and hear my own thoughts more clearly. Meditation taught me how to sit with myself without judgment. Later, sound healing opened a deeper doorway, one that allowed rest beyond words, helping the body and mind soften naturally.

Over time, I realized that what many of us need is not more pressure to improve, but more spaces that feel safe, gentle, and honest.

Mindpages & Sound Healing with Cynn was born from that intention.

What I Offer

Sound Healing Sessions

I offer sound healing sessions using crystal singing bowls & Tibetan singing bowls, designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

These sessions are gentle and beginner-friendly. You don’t need to know how to meditate or do anything at all — simply lie down, listen, and allow your body to rest.

Sound healing can support:

  • stress release and emotional relaxation

  • mental clarity and grounding

  • deep rest and reconnection

Each session is held with care, presence, and respect for where you are.

Digital Journals

Mindpages digital journals are thoughtfully guided — not overwhelming, not rigid.

They are designed to help you:

  • build self-awareness

  • gently explore emotions

  • reflect without self-criticism

  • create small, meaningful shifts

You don’t need to write perfectly. You don’t need to have answers. These journals are simply tools to help you listen inward and meet yourself with kindness.
