No. This journal can be used with common note-taking apps, such as GoodNotes, or any PDF annotation app on your phone, tablet, or computer. You may also print the pages if you prefer to write by hand.

There’s no strict rule. You can write at your own pace and repeat any day if you feel like it. If you’re aiming to build a habit, trying to write daily for about 21 days is a great place to start.

You don’t need long sentences. Simple words, short phrases, or even one sentence are enough. The prompts are meant to guide reflection, not to pressure you to write perfectly.

Yes. You may duplicate any page to extend a day to continue your journaling.
